Professional live stream and multi-screen production for Calgary’s bone and joint health community.

Maven has provided live production services for the McCaig Institute’s annual Wood Forum at the Rozsa Centre at the University of Calgary. The forum brings together researchers and practitioners in bone and joint health for plenary presentations and Q&A with the panel of presenters, with a livestream to remote viewers through a custom-branded streaming page.
The production runs two 4K broadcast cameras through the GEMINI production core, with live switching to the streaming page, the venue’s projector screen, and a dedicated presenter monitor showing speaker notes, a countdown timer, and slide content. The team manages all PowerPoint and video playback throughout the program and integrates with the venue’s audio system for live reinforcement. Following each forum, Maven delivers a polished program recording for the Institute to distribute to attendees and the broader research community.
