AATEC Summit Hybrid Event Production

Maven served as the in-person AV and live production partner for the AATEC Summit, held at CNIB Calgary and streamed online. The annual hybrid event, hosted by the Alberta Access to Education Coalition in collaboration with CNIB, focuses on empowering children and youth with sight loss across Canada. Reaching a national audience required close collaboration with the client throughout, as the summit's accessibility requirements shaped both the in-room setup and the event platform CNIB developed to deliver the program.

Running on Maven's GEMINI core, a three-person crew handled video switching, live sound, video & presentation content, and the eleven remote presenters for the two-day program. The in-room setup included wireless microphones, speakers, and televisions, with two PTZ cameras capturing sessions for live streaming and recording. Beyond the livestream, Maven delivered each session edited and ready to use, so CNIB could publish segments directly to their event platform.
