The FGL Society Virtual Event Broadcast

Maven served as the live broadcast partner for the FGL Society, managing the technical execution of a high-engagement virtual event. The project focused on bridging remote participants into a unified broadcast environment, providing a seamless viewing experience for up to 1,000 online attendees.

Our production team utilized an IP-based livestream switcher and a specialized remote zoom patch to coordinate multiple off-site presenters. To ensure the event was accessible to all members of the community, we integrated a live American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter into the broadcast via a professional picture-in-picture overlay. The event was hosted on a custom-branded streaming microsite that featured full Slido integration for real-time audience engagement and moderation. Following the broadcast, Maven delivered a high-definition archival recording to the society for their digital library.
