TechTour Live Multi-City Agricultural Showcase

Maven provided primary production oversight for TechTour Live, a four-day agricultural showcase spanning four different cities. Managing a touring event requires consistent technical quality regardless of what local resources each venue provides, and Maven’s role was to bridge the gap between the client’s production standards and the variables on each stop.

A two-person Maven lead crew travelled with the tour throughout all four cities, acting as the point of contact between the client and local AV providers at each venue. This crew handled equipment procurement, budget management, and on-site technical direction, carrying a core production kit that ensured a consistent baseline regardless of local variations. The result was a uniform, professional experience at every stop of the tour.
