Maven provided comprehensive live production services for the RBN Energy School of Energy Conference held at the Hyatt in downtown Calgary. This full-service engagement covered every aspect of the event, from initial technical planning and run-of-show coordination to the on-site execution of the two-day plenary program.

The production featured a high-definition video workflow, utilizing a two-camera setup to capture both wide and close-up stage shots. To ensure a premium experience for both in-room attendees and those viewing the archives, Maven managed 16-foot projector screens, a digital podium, and professional live sound reinforcement including a full array of wireless and handheld microphones. Maven also handled the logistical challenge of providing power distribution to 65 individual attendee tables throughout the hall. Following the conference, Maven delivered polished, live-edited recordings of each session in MP4 format, providing RBN Energy with a high-quality digital archive of their specialized educational content.
