Momentum 2025 Breakfast Production

Maven provided comprehensive live production and corporate AV services for the Momentum 2025 Breakfast event held at the Calgary Petroleum Club. To support a dynamic program of speakers and presentations, we delivered a streamlined technical solution that focused on high-fidelity audio and seamless visual playback.

Our technical suite featured a professional live sound reinforcement package, including a podium microphone and four wireless ear-worn microphones to allow for maximum stage mobility. To ensure clear visuals for the in-room audience, Maven managed PowerPoint and video playback to the venue’s projector screens and provided a 32" comfort monitor for presenter support. Managed by a dedicated two-person crew, the production followed a proven multi-year model to ensure reliable execution for this essential community event.
