Falkbuilt Quarterly Updates

Since 2022, Maven has served as the production partner for Falkbuilt’s quarterly stakeholder updates, broadcast from their Calgary headquarters to a global audience of branches and remote participants via Zoom Webinar. The quarterly cadence keeps Falkbuilt’s international teams and shareholders connected with company operations in Calgary.

The two-person crew operates on a single-day workflow — setup, live production, and strike — keeping disruption to Falkbuilt’s operation to a minimum. The ASTRA production core runs with preset hybrid event configurations, enabling fast setup and consistent delivery across each quarterly broadcast. Two HD cameras provide stage and presenter coverage, with the technical director switching between camera angles, presentation slides, and remote Zoom presenters in real time. A cell-based internet backup system ensures reliable encoding and stream delivery, while a live sound system supports the in-person audience on the factory floor.
