ExxonMobil Nationwide Town Halls

Maven has served as the live production partner for ExxonMobil’s internal town halls, providing recurring broadcast support for leadership communications originating from their Calgary headquarters. Each event connects company leadership with their national workforce through an HD webcast delivered via Microsoft Teams.

The production runs two HD cameras through the ASTRA production core, with a setup built for a clean, professional look in an office broadcast environment. The stage setup called for black velour drape and basic two-point lighting to help the camera image look its best. Maven manages all technical planning, live switching, and streaming logistics while keeping the production footprint appropriate for a working corporate space. Beyond the broadcast, Maven provides professional photography on-site — including executive headshots and team group photos — giving ExxonMobil imagery for internal and external communications. A final edited recording is delivered following each town hall.
