EDA Xperience Leaders’ Summit and Conference

Since 2021, Maven has served as the live production partner for Economic Developers Alberta (EDA), supporting their annual Xperience Leaders’ Summit and Conference at the Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge. The event brings together 400 or more in-person attendees in the main Olympic Ballroom, with three additional breakout rooms running concurrently for live streaming and recording.

Maven deploys the CONSTELLATION production core in the main room, where two 4K broadcast cameras cover keynotes, sessions, and awards gala dinners. Ten moving light fixtures, stage wash lighting, and uplights create distinct visual scenes for the main program and evening dinner events. The Maven SATELLITE production core equips each breakout room with standard audio and video requirements. Edited session recordings are delivered to EDA for post-event distribution, allowing attendees to catch sessions they could not attend in person. Comprehensive presenter support across all rooms — including content loading, video playback, and setup for interactive demonstrations — is managed by a six-person Maven crew throughout the three-day event.
