EDA Xperience Leaders’ Summit and Conference

Maven has partnered with Economic Developers Alberta (EDA) to produce several annual conferences, including their landmark 50th-anniversary summit. This large-scale hybrid event required comprehensive A/V and broadcast support across five concurrent event rooms to engage both in-person attendees and a nationwide virtual audience.

On the main stage, we utilized 4K broadcast cameras and a dynamic moving light design to create distinct visual scenes for keynotes, award dinners, and summit sessions. This was complemented by four breakout rooms, each fully equipped for live streaming and recording to ensure that no session was missed. By integrating our custom livestream player with the Whova platform and hosting live interviews from a dedicated on-site studio, we provided continuous, high-quality content throughout the three-day event. Our streamlined production workflow allowed us to deliver over 20 hours of polished session recordings to the client within days of the closing remarks.
