CWHL Professional Hockey Broadcasts

Maven served as the on-site production team for the Calgary Inferno of the Canadian Women’s Hockey League, delivering professional-grade live streams for the team’s home games at WinSport. Maven worked underneath iSi Live — the prime webcasting vendor for the CWHL — as the local crew responsible for on-ice camera coverage and technical execution.

The ASTRA production core supported a three-camera broadcast setup: a wide follow, a close follow, and an interview camera for between-period segments, along with a static announcer camera. The audio mix combined announcer headsets, an ambient rink microphone, and a venue audio feed for the national anthem and arena announcements. Real-time graphics include a score bug with time clocks and scores. Maven managed playback of sponsor advertising during intermissions. A three-person Maven crew handled the full on-site production for each game.
