Maven provided comprehensive production support for a high-level panel discussion featuring the CEOs of Canadian Tire, Sport Chek, and Mark’s retail brands. The event broadcast live to employees across the national workforce via Microsoft Teams Live, delivering an internal executive conversation to a geographically distributed audience.
Maven handled both the in-person audio-visual setup and the live stream production. The stage featured drape, two LED wall banners for on-stage branding, and specialized stage lighting to ensure a professional on-camera appearance. Two HD cameras captured the executive panel, while lapel microphones provided clear audio for each speaker on stage and wireless handheld microphones supported audience Q&A. A four-person Maven crew managed the full technical execution from setup through to the live broadcast.
