A bilingual, nationwide virtual event platform connecting youth across 40 Canadian clubs.



Maven collaborated with BGC Canada to transform their National Youth Forum into a dynamic six-day virtual experience. The project required a multifaceted digital strategy, combining social media engagement with a custom-built event platform where over 40 clubs could participate in daily challenges and access program information.
The week culminated in a massive live broadcast that brought youth and speakers together for a cross-country showcase. To ensure a professional delivery, Maven managed everything from speaker training and youth council coordination to live technical direction and bilingual streaming. We utilized a user-friendly interface that allowed participants to toggle between English and French feeds instantly. By integrating custom broadcast graphics and highlight videos from the week's activities, we delivered a cohesive, interactive experience that strengthened connections for BGC members nationwide.
