Maven served as the live production partner for the "As She Rises" conference held at the Hyatt Regency Calgary. This comprehensive engagement focused on delivering a premium experience for both in-person attendees and future viewers through high-quality live sound reinforcement and multi-camera video production.

The technical suite featured a two-camera setup to capture dynamic stage angles, integrated with dual 12-foot wide projector screens for enhanced in-room visibility. To elevate the aesthetic of the Imperial Ballroom, Maven deployed an extensive lighting package including spotlights for stage wash, LED uplights, and moving light fixtures. Our three-person professional crew managed every technical facet—from audio and video engineering to live-switched recording. Following the two-day summit, Maven provided polished, live-edited recordings, ensuring the client had a professional digital archive of the entire event program.
