As She Rises Conference Production

Maven served as the live production partner for the As She Rises conference at the Hyatt Regency in Calgary, produced by Gina & Co. Events. The full-day event brought together leaders for keynote presentations, panel discussions and an evening reception.

Maven deployed the CONSTELLATION production core to provide redundant presentation and encoding systems throughout the event. The camera package featured two HD PTZ cameras capturing dynamic stage angles. Projection included two 12-foot rear projection screens with laser projectors. The lighting package included four Leco spotlights for stage wash, LED uplights, and a small set of moving lights that added dynamic elements during speaker walk-ins, celebratory moments, and the evening reception. A three-person Maven crew managed full on-site technical execution from setup through to strike and Maven delivered edited session recordings post-event for the client’s archives.
