ACFP Family Medicine Summit Hybrid Production

Maven serves as the long-term live production and streaming partner for the Alberta College of Family Physicians (ACFP), managing the technical execution of their annual Family Medicine Summit. This multi-day event unites over 600 physicians, residents, and researchers through a sophisticated hybrid model that bridges in-person attendance with a global virtual audience.

Our ongoing role involves managing a high-complexity main stage that features live switching between multiple 4K cameras and dynamic presentation layouts. We provide full-scale live sound reinforcement and projection for the venue while simultaneously encoding the broadcast for synchronous online viewing. In addition to the main stage, Maven manages the recording of concurrent breakout sessions, ensuring that all educational content is captured with high-fidelity audio and visual clarity. By providing fast-turnaround, polished post-event recordings, we help ACFP maintain an essential educational archive for its 5,600+ members year after year.
