TechTour Live Multi-City Agricultural Showcase

Maven provided the primary production oversight for TechTour Live, a fast-paced four-day agricultural experience spanning four different cities. Managing a touring event requires a high level of technical coordination and logistical planning to ensure that the presentation quality remains consistent regardless of the venue's local resources.

To solve the challenges of varying site capabilities, we deployed a specialized two-person lead crew that traveled with the tour. This team acted as the bridge between the client and local AV providers, overseeing everything from equipment procurement and budget management to on-site technical direction. By bringing a core production kit and managing local crews at each stop, we ensured that every presenter and attendee experienced the same professional standard of audio and visual clarity throughout the entire circuit.
