Maven served as the live production partner for the SumoQuote Summit, delivering a high-quality broadcast from the client’s Calgary headquarters. The project focused on creating a unified experience that seamlessly integrated in-person sessions with virtual contributions for a national audience.

To elevate the production value beyond a standard webinar, Maven utilized a dual-camera setup and an upgraded broadcast kit specifically designed to bring virtual presenters onto the "main stage" via dedicated set displays. Our three-person professional crew managed the live sound reinforcement, multi-camera switching, and the complex technical patch required to stream directly to the Hopin event platform. By providing full technical planning and a rock-solid cellular internet backup, Maven ensured a professional, TV-quality viewer experience for the duration of the summit. Following the event, we delivered live-edited recordings of each individual presentation for SumoQuote’s internal archives.
