Since 2015, Maven has been the trusted broadcast partner for New Covenant Assembly’s annual New Year’s Eve celebration, Open Heavens. What began as a modest three-camera production has evolved into a sophisticated multi-camera broadcast, reaching thousands of viewers worldwide via Facebook Live and web platforms.

To capture the high-energy musical performances and the scale of the auditorium, we utilize a flexible production workflow that has adapted alongside the event's growth. Our current setup features a 4-camera, 2M/E REMI (Remote Integration) configuration. This advanced approach allows us to direct and mix complex video elements—including live graphics and multi-source playback—from our Calgary studio, significantly reducing our physical footprint at the venue without sacrificing production value.

Because live music demands high-fidelity sound, we provide a dedicated broadcast audio mix. This ensures that the global online audience experiences the same vibrant, "in-room" energy as those attending in person. By combining specialized sports-style replay technology with concert-grade cinematography, we help New Covenant Assembly deliver a world-class New Year’s experience year after year.
