H&R Block Canada partners with Maven to produce their quarterly nationwide town halls, broadcasting critical updates from their Calgary headquarters to employees across nearly 1,000 offices. These events are designed to maintain high-level engagement and brand consistency across their entire Canadian network.

To ensure a professional on-camera appearance, we deploy a studio lighting kit customized to H&R Block’s brand colors and provide essential presenter support through on-camera teleprompters and comfort monitors. Our process includes a dedicated rehearsal day to refine scripts and cues, ensuring a flawless live execution. For a truly national reach, we provide bilingual broadcast support, running a separate live stream with simultaneous interpretation alongside the English feed. Every session is delivered via Microsoft Teams and recorded in high-definition for internal archival and post-event distribution.
