National Executive Town Hall

Maven provided comprehensive production support for a high-level panel discussion featuring the CEOs of Canadian Tire, Sport Chek, and Mark’s. The goal was to deliver a professional, TV-quality broadcast to their national workforce via Microsoft Teams Live.

To enhance the visual impact, we integrated two custom LED wall banners for on-stage branding and deployed specialized broadcast lighting to ensure a crisp, professional look on camera. By providing fully integrated AV and streaming services, we ensured the multi-executive discussion was delivered with perfect audio clarity and high-definition video to employees across the country.
