For the 2023 AltaGas Investor Day, Maven expanded our production footprint to Toronto’s Lennox Hall. To ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for global stakeholders, we transitioned our proven Calgary-based broadcast model to the Toronto Region Board of Trade, managing all logistics, technical planning, and on-site execution.

The production featured a full four-camera setup, including a wide master shot, two dedicated close-ups, and a jib camera for dynamic motion. By deploying a hybrid crew of Calgary-based leads and local specialists, we maintained the brand’s high broadcast standards while optimizing on-site efficiency. From shipping custom foam signage to managing the live multi-camera switch, Maven provided an end-to-end solution that ensured the year-end update was delivered flawlessly across the country.
