APPI 2023 Annual Conference Production

Maven served as the live production partner for the 2023 APPI Annual Conference held at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. This multi-room engagement required comprehensive technical management across the Beauvert Ballroom, Mary Schafer Ballroom, and Pyramid rooms to support a diverse program of keynotes and breakout sessions.

For the main plenary room, Maven deployed a high-capacity production suite featuring a dual-projector screen setup, comfort monitors with integrated timers, and a specialized audio package designed for the ballroom's acoustics. The production utilized a single-camera and presentation slide broadcast workflow, streaming live to the client's Zoom platform. In addition to the main stage, Maven managed recording and AV reinforcement for concurrent breakout sessions, ensuring all educational content was captured with high-fidelity audio and visual clarity. Following the conference, Maven delivered polished recordings for all rooms and produced a complimentary high-energy highlight reel to capture the event's professional impact
